Safello customer support is closed on Thursday June 6th. Therefore any transaction needing manual handling will not be reviewed or processed on this day.
We use a spread model, which means our commission is included in the price you see when placing an order. Our price includes all the banking, forex and operating fees, so there are no other fees or added costs you need to worry about. Bitcoin transaction fees are not included.
When you buy through our Quickbuy option on our website we charge 7% of the total order amount. When you log into our website we charge 5% of the total order amount. For volume discounts contact our support team.
Before you make a purchase with a partner, you will see the total fee. Partners can set their own fees and they may vary from those on Safello. Fees will never exceed 8% of the total order amount.
Fees for transferring Bitcoin to your wallet address are not included in our fee price. They are listed seperately on your receipt.
Administration fees apply for wrong payment information and refunds.
The fee is 250 SEK for handling such requests if order is above 1000 SEK.
The fee is 50 SEK for handling such requests if order is 1000 SEK or less.
